Welcome to Totlogics.com! We maintain high-quality control standards to ensure all products shipped are in perfect condition. However, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. All products can be returned for free within 10 days of delivery for approved reasons. The same warranty applies to replacement products. Please contact us if you have any problems!

We suggest inspecting your package upon arrival. In the rare case that there is a damaged item, a missing item, or an incorrect item in your package, please contact us immediately so we can correct any problems.

How to Return and Get a Refund/Replacement?

Step 1: Please contact our Totlogics customer service at hi@totlogics.com and provide the reason along with the necessary pictures or videos to verify your order issue. Do not return the item to the address listed on our website without prior authorization.

Step 2: Our customer service team will investigate and offer a solution based on our policy.

Step 3: Once both parties reach an agreement on the solution, our customer service team will provide the return address (Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package unless instructed).

Step 4: Return the product (if required). Please return through your local post office to avoid customs tax. Any lost or damaged returns during transit are the responsibility of the customer, so be sure to keep a record of your tracking number. We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service. When our warehouse receives and inspects the return, we will send an email notification and process the refund or exchange within 7 business days.

1. Reasons Supporting Free Return

DOA (Dead on Arrival) You can reject it directly if it is confirmed damaged upon arrival.
Wrong Item Sent Please provide us with clear pictures of the item, the SKU/PN number, and all shipping labels on the package.
Quality Issues Please provide us with some pictures or videos to verify the problem.
Missing Parts Please provide us with some pictures or videos to verify it.

Note: Please contact us with the necessary pictures or videos for the above return situations. Once verified, we will offer you a suitable solution.

2. Reasons Not Supporting Free Return

Return Reason Note
Change of Mind Includes reasons such as: Don’t want/need/like it, ordered by mistake, price changes, doesn’t meet expectations, found a better product, or paying high shipping costs.
Arrived Too Late Totlogics will not offer free returns if the delivery is delayed due to reasons outside our control.
User’s Error Any damage caused by the user’s misoperation will not be covered. This also includes buying the wrong item (size, color, etc.).
Slight Differences Please note that slight color and size differences are inevitable and are not considered quality issues.
Without Manual Contact us for an electronic or video manual if needed.

Note: For the above return situations, the buyer will bear the cost of return shipping & restocking. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar stains will be subject to refusal.

3. How long does it take to receive my refund?

Credit Card Within 3-15 business days after receiving the refund confirmation email (depends on your card issuer).
PayPal Up to 48 hours after you receive the refund confirmation email.
Other Methods Depending on your financial institution, it can take up to 14 days for the funds to show in your account.

Note: We do not charge any processing fee for refunds. If you have not received a refund within the time frame, please feel free to contact us or your card issuer.
